Iris Retreat – Terms & Conditions

Bookings

When you book with Iris Retreat, you're requesting an appointment. Your booking isn’t confirmed until I review and accept it. I may cancel or reschedule if the request doesn’t align with our policies.

Consultation Forms

A consultation form is required before your first appointment. Once you book, I’ll send you the form – please complete it before your appointment to ensure a smooth experience.

Deposits

A £10 deposit (per treatment) is required to secure your booking. This amount will be deducted from your total bill. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or missed appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps me manage my schedule and offer your slot to another client.

Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be cancelled. A late arrival of 15 minutes or more will be treated as a cancelled appointment.

Payments

Payments can be made by bank transfer or cash at the end of your appointment. Full payment is expected at that time.

Refunds

I do not offer refunds for completed services. If you have any issues, please reach out within 48 hours, and I will do my best to resolve it.

Client Responsibilities

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your appointment due to limited parking. If you require any patch tests, ensure to follow the guidelines provided.

If you would like nail art, please add it to your booking so time can be allocated for this during your appointment. Nail art requests should be forwarded at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Once an appointment has been booked, the full cost of the scheduled services will apply. If, during your appointment, you choose to reduce or decline any of the treatments originally booked, you will still be charged for the full value of the services reserved at the time of booking.

Only products of Iris Retreat are available for removal. If you are a new nail client, please arrive to your appointment with your nails free of product so that nail health can be assessed before treatment.

Health & Safety

If you're not feeling well, please contact me to reschedule. All tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before each client to ensure their safety.

Quiet Appointment Requests

If you prefer a silent or quiet appointment, please inform me beforehand, and I will happily accommodate you.

Toilet Facilities

Please note, while I work from home, there are no public toilet facilities available. Kindly plan accordingly before your appointment.

Privacy

Your personal information is only used to manage your bookings and will never be shared with others. Your privacy is important to me.
